    The Fenix HL10 LRD Headlamp is both reliable and versatile in functionality. Powered by one AAA battery, this extremely lightweight headlamp delivers a maximum output of 70 lumens. The HL10 can be used as a traditional headlamp, or the detachable light can serve as a freestanding or hand-held mini flashlight. Its rotating lens allows it to adjust from spotlight to floodlight. From running to night reading, the HL10 is adaptable to multiple lighting needs.

    OPERATIONS

    ON/OFF
    Press and hold the switch for 0.5 seconds to turn ON/OFF the lamp.

    Output Selection
    With the lamp on, click the switch to cycle through Low→Mid→High.

    Spotlight/Floodlight Selection
    Take out the lamp from the holder.
    Rotate the optical lens between the spot mark and flood mark on the lower edge.
    Intelligent Memory Circuit
    The lamp remembers the last used brightness level, the next time it is turned on, it will recall that previously used brightness level.

    Battery Replacement
    Take out the lamp from the holder.
    Unscrew the tail cap to insert the battery with the anode (+) towards the lamp head, and then screw the tail cap.
    Put the lamp into the holder.

    Usage and Maintenance

    • Disassembling the sealed head can cause damage to the headlamp and will void the warranty.
    • Long-term use can result in O-ring wear. To maintain a proper water seal, replace the ring with an approved spare.
    • Unscrew the tail cap one-half turn or take out the battery to prevent accidental activation during storage or transportation.
    • Periodic cleaning of the battery contacts improves the headlamp’s performance as dirty contacts may cause the headlamp to flicker, shine intermittently or even fail to illuminate for the following reasons:

    Reason A: The batteries need replacing.
    Solution: Replace batteries (Please confirm the correct installation of anode and cathode).

    Reason B: The threads, PCB boards contact or other contacts are dirty.
    Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab soaked in rubbing alcohol.

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is entirely FREE with any purchase valued over $99, to anywhere across Australia. This includes freight insurance and free tracking. For orders under $99, there is a $14.99 flat rate delivery fee. At this time, we do not ship orders internationally.

    Do you deliver to remote locations?

    No matter where you live in Australia, Oz Explorers will make sure your order gets to you. We partner with Australia Post and leading courier services to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

    How long will it take to dispatch my item?

    We partner with suppliers of quality brands across the country. Since Covid19, we have arranged to have some products dispatched from our suppliers warehouses to avoid any potential delays. Dispatch times may vary slightly, depending which warehouse stocks your item. If the item is in stock and we have processed your card, items typically leave within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

    How will I know my item has been shipped?

    When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your purchase from warehouse to your door. 

    Typical delivery times once dispatched:
    • 1-3 days for Capital Cities and Suburbs
    • 2-5 days for Regional Australia
      Do I need to be home when my purchase arrives?
      • Most of our products do require a signature on delivery but if you are not home, your product will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

      • Ensure all original parts, accessories and original packaging are returned in an "As New" condition, suitable for resale. 
      • "As New" condition means the product has no visible signs of use or wear and tear and packaging is in it's complete and original condition.
      • Your returned item must be sent with tracking and insurance, with the cost borne by the customer.
      • If the product is returned due to being defective or faulty, approved warranty claims will have shipping fully reimbursed.
      • If an item(s) are returned with visual signs of wear, or have any issues due to use or miss handling then it will not be accepted and no refund will be given and will be returned to the customer at their cost.
      • It is important to note that any shipping and handling fees originally incurred by us will be deducted from the refunded amount.
